Bay Area Rapid Transit

The inexpensive and efficient rapid transit system that operates in the San Francisco Bay are is called "BART" which is short for "Bay Area Rapid Transit".

BART connects San Francisco International Airport to downtown San Francisco USA with communities located on the east side of San Francisco Bay:

1. Freemont
2. Dublin/Pleasanton
3. Pittsburg Bay Point
4. Oakland Airport
5. Oakland
6. Berkeley
7. Richmond

Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART)

The BART line runs under Market Street and has 5 stops in central San Francisco.  They are:

1. Van Ness
2. Civic Center
3. Powell
4. Montgomery
5. Embarcadero
